The Last 216 EIS Chief and the First 216 OSS Chief

On 1 December 2007 CMSGT Marcus Niderost and CMSGT Jack Davis had the pleasure of attending the promotion ceremony for Chief Master Sergeant Robert Sandbothe.  Since Bob's promotion comes during the period when there are still a few folks at the 216 EIS and a few folks at the 216 OSS, is he the last 216 EIS Chief or the first 216 OSS Chief?  We decided that he is BOTH!  Congratulations BOB!  Well deserved.
