Did you know 216th troops were under a sniper attack at Moody AFB GA?  Or were they?  While working on a Runway Visual Range (RVR) tower the Security Police ran the troops off.  It was thought that there was a sniper on the base.  It turns out that there was a gunnery rage about two miles from the base.  An F-16 accidentally fired a 22mm round into the base and nailed a civilian Civil Engineering employee…..and the guy lived.
